Simply put, this is worse than the origional. In fact, I don't think you even grasp why it's good in the first place. Try making better music before you start "improving" on other people's.

I like games that progress. Not like Halo's "Yay! You've unlocked a new look!" or League of Legend's "You can now unlock* an additional .08% ability cooldown reduction! (*Additional fees may apply)" but like D&D's "You're now a badass!"
